The Habit Reset Method

A mindfulness-based course to change your habits with awareness, compassion, and choice.

Stop Fighting Your Habits. Start Resetting Them.

67% [2 out of 3] of our everyday behaviors are driven by a habit.

You’re smart. You’re driven. But you’re stuck.
You know what you should do, but when the moment comes, whether it's the 4 PM slump,

the late-night scroll, or the urge to procrastinate,

you default back to old patterns.

You don’t need more discipline. You need a "Reset" that changes the internal landscape of your mind.

The truth is ...
Willpower is a limited resource.
Awareness is infinite.

This intensive, mindfulness-based program will change the way you see your own behavior. We
don't battle bad habits, we use the power of
Mindful Presence -- bringing intentional awareness to the moment at hand -- to gracefully unhook from them.
You will learn to treat your daily actions not as struggles, but as data points, allowing you to finally build a life of intention, not impulse.

My Story

After discovering Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction [MBSR] during an extremely challenging chapter of my life, I came to understand mindfulness as a practical pathway back to awareness, steadiness, and self-trust.

I was impacted by Dr. Judson Brewer’s work around mindfulness and because it worked so well and impacted me so profoundly I felt compelled to share it with others.

My coaching philosophy centers compassion, curiosity, and connection, creating a non-judgmental space where people can feel seen, heard, and supported. This directly shapes The

Habit Reset Method: rather than asking participants to battle their habits through discipline or self-criticism, the program invites them to observe their patterns, understand what those habits are trying to serve, and create space between impulse and choice.

I learned to stop endlessly trying and start resetting.

Who is This Program For?

Course Logistics

Commitment

Attending all sessions is necessary for the process.

The class size will be limited to only 15 students.

Sessions

Sessions are taught live online via Zoom and last 90 minutes. The session’s format includes time for practicing together, sharing concepts, and group discussion/sharing.

Session 1 – Seeing the Pattern

Using the basics of Dr. Brewer's habit mapper we identify the trigger, the behavior, and the result. This first week is about observation and shining a light on the behavior without trying to change anything.

Session 2 – Meeting the Urge

Mindfulness will be used as a tool to pause and reflect. You'll practice staying present with the discomfort of having the urge but not acting on it. The second week is about creating a space between the desire and the decision to react.

Session 3 – Rewrite the Reward

The third week is about identifying what "the habit" is standing in for.

Asking "What does the behavior temporarily satisfy?"

We rewrite the reward by finding a replacement reward.

Session 4 – Reclaiming Identity

The fourth week is about anchoring in identity-based change

and creating a personalized plan for moving forward.

Session 5 – Final Integration: Bringing the Program to a Close

The fifth week is about creating final affirmations and integrating a new identity with more freedom from your habit.
