As a woman who has struggled with confidence, self-belief, and worthiness issues, I'm committed to supporting others to overcome their obstacles and shrink their suffering.

 

Living through these experience enables me to fully understand the depths of the pain. Because I was able to unearth the seed of my own unworthiness, I'm compelled to help others do the same. 

I work with clients struggling with... anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and habits that keep them repeating the same mistakes over and over again.

 

I meet my clients where they are with an approach that focuses on compassion, curiosity, and connection; in a supportive, non-judgmental space where they feel seen, heard, and valued.

 

The work I do blends evidence-informed tools and strategies.

We use mindfulness and somatic practices that

calm the nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect you with your inner strength.

 

Together, we'll rebuild confidence so that you can navigate life's challenges with a calm clarity rooted in your strengths and inner wisdom.

 

We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, so that you can build skills that will continue to serve you long after our sessions have ended. 

In addition to a B.A. in Psychology, a Positive Psychology Specialization Certification, I am also a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, co-author of  A Path to Resilience: Small Steps to an Unshakable You, and speaker.
