Mindful Musings

I recently came across an article summarizing Harvard research on what women regret most by the time they reach old age. The regrets rarely center on money or career. They center on something quieter, time lost trying to live up to other people's expectations instead of our own. The article outlined thirteen regrets in total. Reading through the list, three of them stopped me in my tracks because they weren't abstract. They were my life.
